What do i do if something is missing or damaged from my parcel? You can request a return via the following form. Once the order is dispatched you will receive a track and trace code from the transport company. Delivery costs are calculated automatically according to the place of delivery, the weight and the total volume of the ordered articles, in order to ensure you as fair a cost as possible. For each order, we indicate the exact amount of the delivery costs once you have selected the address of delivery and the means of transport, before the confirmation of your order. Depending on your country and ordered items your order should arrive 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. All our parcels are packed with special care. We use sustainable packaging methods from renewable resources to create little waste. Our filling material is 100% natural and recyclable, made from vegetable starch, which offers the best protection for your products. The fiber pallets are pressed from waste wood. The green stretch and bubble wrap we use are 80% recyclable. Although our most fragile objects, are packed with special care, it might occur that during transport some of the goods are damaged. In case you receive any damaged items we ask you to contact us asap in order to guarantee a money refund or replacement. In theory, any order placed before 11 AM is processed the very same day. Nevertheless the preparation and processing time of an order may take longer according to articles, and require between 1 and 2 working days. As soon as your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email of confirmation and a tracking number when available.
